I hope you were able to watch Food Revolution last night! It is so sad to see these school officials care more about money than the well-being of their students! They don’t mention who helps fund these schools, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s some big corporations, like Coca Cola, because what else could these officials be so scared of? Oh no students will be healthier, how dare Jamie Oliver for trying to do such a thing! Unbelievable! They are literally slowy killing these children. I’m so glad we don’t have cafeteria’s in elementary schools, at least we have more power as to what goes into our children’s bodies at these crucial stages. I have to say the upside to having a Celiac child is I have to provide food for her in most situations, so I am able to make sure it’s of good quality. I like having that control.
